Lovely holiday apartment just 50 metres from the sea, in the Piazza Marconi area of Jesolo. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a small building with only four apartments and direct access to the beach. The location is ideal for a relaxing holiday, close to restaurants, shops, children's playgrounds, pharmacies and all essential services.
The apartment is unit 2, located on the south-east side of the building, facing the hedge. It features a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer compartment, gas hob, kitchen utensils, dining table and TV. The living room has a double sofa bed. The sleeping area includes one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom has a window and is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, washing machine and clothes airer. Cleaning supplies for daily use are also provided.
The apartment can accommodate up to six people. The price includes a reserved parking space inside the property, secured by an electric gate, as well as a beach spot with one parasol and two sun loungers.

The price does not include:
- tourist tax: to be paid at check-in equal to € 1.80 per night per person (maximum of 10 days, children under 10 years old exempt)
- linens (sheets, towels, tablecloth...)
- bathroom products ( shampoo, soap, toilet paper...)

- Folding bed rental € 10.00 per week
- Rental of camping cribs € 10.00 per week
- Supply of bed linen € 15 per person

Security deposit:
The tenant agrees to take the utmost care of the apartment and household equipment (dishes, refrigerator, mattresses, etc...). Any broken or damaged items shall be compensated at market prices. As a guarantee of punctual compliance with the above and the commitment to leave the apartment in order by the indicated time, upon check-in the tenant is required to pay a security deposit of € 200.00 non-interest bearing, which will be returned within 48 h after the end of the lease, following an inspection of the apartment.
