Lovely apartment for rent in the centre of Jesolo, in the Piazza Marconi area. The apartment is located on the third floor of a well-maintained building with a lift, just a few steps from the beach. A beach spot is included in the price.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer compartment, induction hob, kitchen utensils and dining table. The bright living room has a TV and electric shutters. The sleeping area includes one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds, one of which is a pull-out bed.
The bathroom has a window and is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, washing machine and clothes airer. The apartment also has air conditioning and a private terrace, ideal for relaxing outdoors.
A beach spot and a parking space are included in the price.
Pets are not allowed. The apartment is not rented to groups of young people.

The price does not include:
- tourist tax: to be paid at check-in equal to € 1.80 per night per person (maximum of 10 days, children under 10 years old exempt)
- linens (sheets, towels, tablecloth...)
- bathroom products ( shampoo, soap, toilet paper...)

- Folding bed rental € 10.00 per week
- Rental of camping cribs € 10.00 per week
- Supply of bed linen € 15 per person

Security deposit:
The tenant agrees to take the utmost care of the apartment and household equipment (dishes, refrigerator, mattresses, etc...). Any broken or damaged items shall be compensated at market prices. As a guarantee of punctual compliance with the above and the commitment to leave the apartment in order by the indicated time, upon check-in the tenant is required to pay a security deposit of € 200.00 non-interest bearing, which will be returned within 48 h after the end of the lease, following an inspection of the apartment.
