The price does not include:
- tourist tax: to be paid at check-in equal to € 1.80 per night per person (maximum of 10 days, children under 10 years old exempt)
- linens (sheets, towels, tablecloth...)
- bathroom products ( shampoo, soap, toilet paper...)
- where not included in the equipment the beach place can be booked personally. The Agency Airone Mare on request the contact from the reference consortium.
Services on request:
- Folding bed rental € 10.00 per week
- Rental of camping cribs € 10.00 per week
- Supply of bed linen € 15 per person
- Bathroom linen supply € 10 per person
Security deposit:
The tenant agrees to take the utmost care of the apartment and household equipment (dishes, refrigerator, mattresses, etc...). Any broken or damaged items shall be compensated at market prices. As a guarantee of punctual compliance with the above and the commitment to leave the apartment in order by the indicated time, upon check-in the tenant is required to pay a security deposit of € 200.00 non-interest bearing, which will be returned within 48 h after the end of the lease, following an inspection of the apartment.
