Security deposit:

The tenant agrees to take the utmost care of the apartment and household equipment (dishes, refrigerator, mattresses, etc...). Any broken or damaged items shall be compensated at market prices. As a guarantee of punctual compliance with the above and the commitment to leave the apartment in order by the indicated time, upon check-in the tenant is required to pay a security deposit of € 200.00 non-interest bearing, which will be returned within 48 h after the end of the lease, following an inspection of the apartment.
