The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, and a dishwasher to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.
One beach place (umbrella and sunbeds) and one parking space are included in the price.

The price does not include:
- tourist tax: to be paid at check-in equal to € 1.80 per night per person (maximum of 10 days, children under 10 years old exempt)
- linens (sheets, towels, tablecloth...)
- bathroom products ( shampoo, soap, toilet paper...)

Security deposit:
The tenant agrees to take the utmost care of the apartment and household equipment (dishes, refrigerator, mattresses, etc...). Any broken or damaged items shall be compensated at market prices. As a guarantee of punctual compliance with the above and the commitment to leave the apartment in order by the indicated time, upon check-in the tenant is required to pay a security deposit of € 200.00 non-interest bearing, which will be returned within 48 h after the end of the lease, following an inspection of the apartment.
